Your Privacy Choices

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools on our intake application (intake.goza.health). Our marketing site (goza.health) uses the analytics described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy. To opt out of any sharing with analytics or advertising platforms, email support@goza.health or call 305-306-1387 with "privacy opt-out" in your request. You can also block cookies through your browser settings.

Email support@goza.health to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data. We verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the timeframe your state's law requires (generally within 45 days). Note that we are required by law to retain medical records for a minimum period (generally seven years in Florida) even if other data is deleted. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal.

If you have used our intake before, we may have saved reusable information (medical-history answers, pharmacy preference) to pre-fill future visits. This data is automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity. To delete it sooner, email support@goza.health — we delete it within 30 days of a verified request. Deleting convenience data does not delete your medical record.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help
• Cookies: use your browser's cookie controls (see Privacy Policy Section 4)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. On goza.health, when your browser sends the GPC signal we do not load analytics for your visit; intake.goza.health does not use analytics or advertising trackers at all. You may exercise the same opt-out at any time using the contact methods on this page.
